You can now purchase your Butterfly World Gift tickets for daily admission tickets ONLINE! This option is ONLY for Postal Mail. No e-tickets are available.

If you need to pick up tickets for a gift at our location, please purchase them when you arrive and not online.

Please note these restrictions:

All orders will be shipped out of (leave) our office on the next business day. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery (order to get to you.) The tracking number will be emailed once the order is shipped.

• All tickets have an expiration date of one year from the date of purchase. No extensions or refunds will be given for lack of use.
• No reservations are necessary and they are valid until the expiration date.
• The ticket must be surrendered at the time of the visit.
• No reproductions, photos, or copies of the ticket will be accepted. Only the original tickets can be used to redeem the admission.
• Children 2 & under are free of charge!
