The Field Trip Rate ($10/student, 1 FREE adult per every 10 children, additional adults are $12/each) only includes a ONE-HOUR guided tour. There is no re-entry into Butterfly World after the tour is complete. You must have a minimum of 10 PAYING students to participate in this program. Students are Pre-K through 12th grade only. We are open for group tours starting at 9:30 am Monday through Friday. If you are booking a guided tour, we recommend reserving a later arrival time (9:30 or later) to allow for traffic and travel. Tours will start 15 minutes after your arrival time. Please be punctual; tours may be significantly delayed if you arrive late since we schedule tours every 15 minutes and may have other groups after. The latest arrival time for booking a tour would be 3:00 pm.

Payment is due on the day of the visit. It must be paid in a one-lump to qualify for the group rate, even if people arrive at different times. One-lump sum: A combination of cash, check, or credit card collected at the time of payment is considered a one-lump sum. If the money is not collected from the adults, they will pay the regular admission price of $33.

Is Your Group Tax Exempt?*

Regardless of your tax exemption status, if we do not have it on file prior to your field trip, you will be charged tax. Please fax or email your tax exemption certificate to (fax) 954-977-4501, (email) groups@butterflyworld.com. You may also upload your certificate below. If your group is paying with a Credit Card, the address on the tax exempt form MUST match the billing address of the payment card. Otherwise, your group WILL be charged taxes.
