Photo/Video Shoot Request Form

Please fill out all sections before submitting. You will receive a copy of this registration form by email. After we receive your request, the office manager will review and approve or deny your request if your photo shoot is for commercial purposes. You will be notified by email of our decision within 3 business days. Please allow for one week advance notice. Note: Most photo shoots of 10 or less people that are for personal use are automatically allowed and you will not be contacted- as long as they adhere to the rules listed below and do not bring any prohibited items, and as long as there are no issues with the date/times you chose. Due to the number of guests on the property, some weekends, holidays, and blackout dates may apply. Please give us a call if we have not responded to your request to ensure we received it.

PROHIBITED ITEMS: Include but not limited to-
TRIPODS, MONOPODS, LIGHTS, REFLECTOR SCREENS, NATURAL FLOWERS, ANIMALS, FOOD/DRINK, GLASS. BALLOONS ARE NOT ALLOWED INSIDE THE AVIARIES.
RULES:
1. DO NOT BLOCK ANY WALKWAYS
2. DO NOT STAND/SIT ON ANY RAILINGS
3. STAY ON THE PATH AT ALL TIMES
4. DO NOT TOUCH OR ATTEMPT TO GRAB BUTTERFLIES/BIRDS
5. DO NOT PICK ANY FLOWERS
6. ALL ATTIRE MUST BE APPROPRIATE, WE ARE A FAMILY-FRIENDLY ATTRACTION (NO BATHING SUITS!)
7. NO AMPLIFIED MUSIC
NOTE: ALL HAND-HELD ITEMS WILL BE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION AT THE END OF THE BUTTERFLY AVIARIES.

There may be time constraints on certain days. We will do our best to accommodate your photo shoot at your desired time. Keep in mind, Butterfly World is open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Saturday and 11:00am to 5:00 pm Sundays. The Butterfly Aviaries and the Lorikeet Encounter close daily at 4:30. No exceptions! We do not allow photo shoots outside of these times.

We will review your request and contact you for further details if needed. Your photo shoot will be approved or denied based on the information you provide; up to the discretion of the office manager, Sarah White. She will contact you in either case.

The final step is to agree to the photography guidelines below and submit this form. We automatically approve any personal photo shoots unless there is an issue with the date / time you chose in which case we will contact you. Otherwise, you can come in at your desired date / time.
